Care navigation

A diagnosis, a waitlist, questions you don’t know who to ask.

Talk to a licensed pediatric therapist who has worked with children like yours, and leave with an actual plan: understanding a diagnosis, the types of providers you may need, and what to do if you're on a waitlist.

Wherever you are in this process

Four places families usually start

Feeling lost before or after your neuropsych appointment?

Neuropsych evaluations come with their own process, terms, and paperwork. Your coach helps you get ready for what to expect, and make sense of the results once they're in.

Just got a diagnosis?

A new diagnosis comes with a flood of recommendations and unfamiliar terms. Your coach helps you understand what it actually means for your child, and where to focus first.

On a waitlist, not sure what to do?

Waitlists for evaluations and therapy can run months. Your coach helps you figure out what's worth doing while you wait, and what can wait.

Preparing for an IEP or a school meeting?

IEPs move fast and read dense, and knowing what to ask for changes how a school meeting goes. Your coach helps you understand what's being proposed and walk in prepared with the right questions.

What this answers

The questions that eat up your week

Where to start when you're juggling multiple providers
Whether it's okay to get outside help instead of figuring this out alone (it is)
What to do in the gap while you're on a waitlist
Whether what your school is already doing is enough, or whether you need more
What makes sense over video versus in person
How it works

A real plan, not another search

Finding the right providers for your child can eat up hours: research, phone calls, waitlists, and forms. A Coral Care parent coach puts her clinical experience to work for your family instead.

You meet, not your child

Thirty minutes by video. Bring whatever you're working with: a diagnosis, a waitlist, a form you don't understand. Your coach takes it from there.

You get a real plan

What's worth pursuing virtually, what's worth doing in person, and what to do while you wait on an evaluation or a spot to open up.

You keep the plan sheet

Your insurance, your priorities, and the kind of provider worth calling, written up and yours to keep.

Who your coach is

A licensed therapist, not a search engine

Every Coral Care parent coach is a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP), occupational therapist (OT), or physical therapist (PT) who has completed Coral Care's coaching training program. They know which questions to ask and which providers actually fit what you've described.

Questions parents ask first

Is this a diagnosis or a treatment plan?

No. This is care navigation and coaching from a licensed pediatric therapist: help understanding your options and a plan for what to do next, not an evaluation or a course of treatment.

Why pay for a navigator instead of researching providers myself?

Because a licensed clinician who has done this work knows which questions to ask and which providers fit what you've described, at a fraction of what a private care navigator typically costs.

Is this only virtual?

Coaching is virtual, evenings and early mornings included, so it fits around your family's schedule. If your child later starts evaluation or therapy with Coral Care, that care happens in person, always.

Can I really use my FSA or HSA?

Yes. We accept FSA and HSA cards at checkout and you'll get an itemized receipt for your records.

Do I need a referral to start?

No. Any family can start, whether or not your child has a diagnosis, a referral, or an existing relationship with Coral Care.

What if I need more than four sessions?

You can book another bundle. Nothing renews automatically, so you decide at the end rather than at the start.

Stop guessing which provider to call.

Four sessions, $250, and a licensed clinician mapping the path with you.

FSA and HSA accepted. Nothing renews on its own.
