Answers, and a path to care

Bedtime. Mealtime. Meltdowns. You don’t have to guess alone.

Four video sessions with a licensed pediatric therapist, grounded in your actual day, not a generic script. If your coach sees something worth a closer look, she'll tell you plainly and walk you through what to do next.

Four things families usually bring up

Routines that keep falling apart?

Mornings, meals, bedtime, transitions between activities: the everyday moments that shouldn't be this hard. Your coach helps you build routines that actually work for your kid.

Something about how they're learning has you wondering?

Following directions, sitting still, picking up new skills at the pace you'd expect: you're noticing something, even if you can't name it yet. Your coach helps you figure out what's typical and what's worth watching.

Making friends doesn't come easy?

Playdates that go sideways, trouble sharing or taking turns, or just not clicking with other kids the way you'd expect. Your coach helps you understand what's going on and what to try.

School says one thing, home tells you another?

Your child's teacher describes a kid you barely recognize, or the other way around. Your coach helps you make sense of the gap, and what's worth bringing up at the next conference.

What this answers

The question behind the question

Every stage comes with a version of the same question: is this typical, or worth a closer look?

How it works

A real answer, not a diagnosis

A Coral Care parent coach spends their week with kids your child's age, and brings that clinical eye straight to your family.

You meet, not your child

Thirty minutes by video, grounded in your actual day: bedtime, mealtime, meltdowns, whatever's on your mind.

You get a real answer

What's on track, what's worth watching, and what to try tonight, not a diagnosis, a straight answer from someone qualified to give one.

You keep the plan

Written up after every session. If something's worth a closer look, they'll tell you plainly and walk you through what to do next.

Who your coach is

A licensed therapist, every time

Not a certified coach. Not a parenting consultant. Every Coral Care parent coach is a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP), occupational therapist (OT), or physical therapist (PT) who has completed Coral Care's coaching training program.

Straight about what this is

Coaching stands on its own. If a closer look isn't warranted, that's the answer you get, not a pitch. And if your coach does see something worth a closer look, she'll say so plainly and walk you through what to do next.

You don't need a diagnosis, a screening, or an existing relationship with Coral Care to start. Coaching is virtual everywhere we operate, so you don't need a local Coral Care presence to get started.

Questions parents ask first

Is this the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is support for questions and challenges that don't rise to a full therapy service. If a coach sees something that warrants a closer look, they'll tell you plainly and explain what that next step could be.

My child hasn't been evaluated. Can I still do this?

Yes. You don't need a diagnosis, a screening, or an existing relationship with Coral Care to start.

What if we're not near a Coral Care office?

Coaching is virtual everywhere we operate, so you don't need a local Coral Care presence to get started.

Will my coach push me toward more services?

No. Coaching stands on its own. If a closer look isn't warranted, that's the answer you get, not a pitch.

Can I really use my FSA or HSA?

Yes. We accept FSA and HSA cards at checkout and you'll get an itemized receipt for your records.

What if I need more than four sessions?

You can book another bundle. Nothing renews automatically, so you decide at the end rather than at the start.
